Shipping

We provide free shipping on all continental USA orders!

  • All in stock items ship within 1-2 business days.  Orders placed after Noon on Fridays will go out the following Monday. (Unless Monday is a holiday.)
  • FGF ships 1st Class USPS mail including tracking.  Most orders take 2 to 8 business days to arrive.
  • FGF does not guarantee arrival times.  We pride ourselves in getting your package to you quickly; however, please understand that once in the hands of the USPS, delays may occur that are beyond our control.

We also offer free store pickup as well as local delivery (only within Claude city limits).

You may choose to protect your packages in the checkout process using Route+ Shipping Insurance. You can find more information about their protection and policies at https://route.com/

FarmGirl Frosting is not responsible for incorrect addresses or information provided by the customer.

     

    Returns

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for STORE CREDIT. No cash refunds. Once return is received, credit will be issued within 5 days as a gift card.

     PLEASE REFER TO THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

    The following items are NOT eligible for returns:

    • Sale/Clearance merchandise
    • Jewelry
    • Leggings
    • Scarves
    • Hats
    • Hair accessories
    • Gift cards
    • Candles
    • Furniture
    • Home decor
    • Kitchenware
    • Custom items (including preorders)
    • Seasonal Items (Christmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.)

    Returns must be received within 10 days of your delivery confirmation date. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

    • Please allow 5-7 business days for return package transit.  
    • A tracking number and insurance is suggested for your protection. 
      FarmGirl Frosting is not responsible for missing or damaged return packages.  

    Returns must be in the same condition in which you received them.

    • Unwashed, unworn, free of smoke, stains, pet hair, and makeup.
    • Original tags must be attached.

    Please follow all washing and care instructions.  We are not responsible for clothing damage due to improper laundering.

    Returned items that do not follow the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

     If you have received defective merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at farmgirlfrosting@gmail.com.  There is a 3 business day grace period to report damaged or incorrect merchandise. 

     

    Exchanges

    Due to our quick moving inventory, we will only offer exchanges if the desired item is currently in stock. The customer will be responsible for the shipping expenses incurred in returning the item to FarmGirl Frosting as well as shipping the exchanged item back to you.
